Your details are used solely to fulfill your meal order, route riders to your location, communicate delivery status via SMS/WhatsApp, and verify electronic payments with eSewa or FonePay.

3. Data Security & Third Parties

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Electronic payment processing occurs securely through licensed payment service providers in Nepal. All server communications utilize 256-bit TLS encryption with strict HSTS enforcement.

4. Data Deletion Requests
